Weight gaining is a process in which a person gains his body weight in form of muscles or may be in fat  , it depends on his diet plan and workout .

Weight gaining and loosing depends on your calories intake , calories means energy which we take in form of food intake , 

In gaining weight we have to eat calories in surplus means more than from our balanced calories ,

But we have to gain weight so , add extra calories in your balanced calories means you have to eat more than your balanced calories .


How Much Extra Calories 

There are Two types 

  1. Lean Bulking 

  1. Dirty bulking

Lean Bulking means adding 200 to 400 / 500 calories in your diet so you gain lean muscle mass and less fat 

But in 

Dirty bulking you add alot 500 to 1000/1500cal  or more in your balanced calories where you gain muscles but alot of fat also 

 The Third Way 

But Also there is a way in which you gain more muscles and less fat , that is You have to eat more calories but in clean , The diet you are eating is to be cleaned like no extra sugar ,oil, and bad fat .


  1. Food should be high in protein.
  2. Medium quantity in carbohydrates 
  3. And less in fats 
  4. And no bad calories


It depends on your diet and your workout 

So, eat clean calories do gain more muscles 


Workout plan 

Your workout should be 5- 6 day in a week and 1 day rest

 You have to perform 8- 12 reps and do reps till failure to gain more muscles.

You have to eat high protein diet for muscle recovery.

You can also use creatine supplement for gaining strength and muscles , it helps you more.
